Project Information
- An existing residential property was reconfigured into two self-contained flats, with multiple letting rooms, en-suite facilities and dedicated kitchen areas. Approved rear extensions and a loft extension significantly increased the available accommodation across the ground floor, first floor and loft. The total floor area increased from 106.67 m² to approximately 236.75 m², with detailed plans coordinating the layouts of both flats within the extended building.
