- The conversion of a detached house into two self-contained flats created additional accommodation across the ground floor, first floor and loft. A rear extension provided extra space for the ground-floor flat, while a substantial rear dormer and roof alterations created a new loft level for the upper flat, including a fourth bedroom with an en-suite and a playroom. The total floor area increased from 192.97 m² to approximately 276.16 m², with four parking spaces, bin storage and covered bicycle storage incorporated into the site layout.
