- The former Endeavour Hotel was redesigned to accommodate four self-contained two-bedroom flats, providing eight bedrooms within the existing 348.43 m² building without requiring extensions. Each flat includes its own kitchen, living and dining area, bathroom and storage, creating practical independent living spaces. The external appearance was retained, while removing the outdoor staircase and incorporating enclosed bin storage improved the overall site layout. The proposals demonstrate how an existing building can provide additional housing through considered internal planning and minimal external alterations.
