Project Information
- An existing attic was converted into a spacious, habitable playroom, increasing the property's usable floor area from 194.50 m² to approximately 216.42 m². The design included a loft extension to provide additional headroom, a new staircase for improved access and a dedicated toilet within the loft. The existing ground and first floors were retained, with external materials and finishes selected to complement the property.
