The former Briarswood Clinic was adapted into a Jewish library and shul, with internal alterations creating suitable spaces for prayer, learning and community use. A single-storey side extension provided additional space for the new facilities. The layout incorporated an entrance lobby, office and three toilet facilities, alongside dedicated car parking and cycle storage. The design made effective use of the existing building while adapting it to serve the local Jewish community.
