- The conversion of an existing residential property into a six-room HMO incorporated a 3-metre rear and side extension to create additional accommodation. The proposed layout included en-suite facilities and a spacious communal kitchen and dining area, designed to meet the relevant planning and regulatory requirements. The extension added approximately 20.54 m², increasing the total floor area from 96.10 m² to 116.46 m².
