- An existing HMO was reconfigured to provide 10 en-suite bedrooms across the ground floor, first floor and loft. The redesigned layout incorporated private bathroom facilities for every room and a spacious communal kitchen and dining area. The loft accommodation was carefully planned around the available headroom, maximising the existing 224.54 m² floor area without requiring an extension.
